Baby is two days late now and mom & dad are getting bored. The #1 ranked Miami (Ohio) hockey team has a couple of big games on TV tonight and tomorrow night against Michigan. Maybe the excitement of finally getting to watch her alma mater on TV will send mom into labor. Go Redhawks!!!
Yesterday was the Chinese New Year so our little girl will be born in the Year of the Rat. Doesn't sound all that appealing, but on the other hand, the Year of the Pig just ended which isn't any better. I hope rats have a better reputation in Chinese astrology than they do in American culture.
